We’re Jess and Dale, a husband-and-wife team passionate about food and creating memorable experiences. Our journey started in 2019 with a food truck, traveling across the country to festivals and sporting events, cooking up delicious burgers for anyone who loved good food. When the pandemic forced us to rethink our business, we took the plunge and moved into Crewe Market Hall in May 2021. Since then, we’ve experienced an incredible journey building our brand, making amazing food, and, most importantly, connecting with the community. It has been exciting, busy, and sometimes challenging, but we’ve loved every minute. Now, we’re gearing up for the next chapter as we prepare to open our own space in January 2025. 

At MBC, we believe that great food starts with great ingredients. Our journey began with our original smash burger, “The O.G”, simple yet packed with flavor, made from high-quality mince from our local trusted supplier, Stuart Palins Butchers, American cheese, bacon, and burger sauce, all piled onto a crisp salad. Over the years, we’ve kept the core of our menu true to this concept while adding new twists to keep things exciting. From loaded fries and chicken burgers to creative specials that feature unique, locally sourced ingredients, we strive to keep our offerings fresh and flavorful. Our commitment to supporting local producers is at the heart of what we do; we source most of our ingredients locally which are delivered daily to be as fresh as possible. Everything we make, from our smash burgers to our specials, is cooked with the same love and care, ensuring that the quality of our ingredients always shines through. 

On January 21, 2025, we’ll open the doors to our new venue, “Mighty Burger Club” was where we began, our original name, but our loyal fans quickly adopted the initials “MBC.” The name stuck, and it reflects both our roots and our new chapter as we rebrand with a fresh start at our upcoming venue. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an intimate, cosy space where friends and family can relax, laugh, and enjoy incredible food together.
